Submit the form below or email us at info@nycluxury.apartments with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include the email address, phone number, or social account information you used when contacting us, so we can reasonably locate your data.

After we receive and verify your request, we will delete or de-identify applicable personal information unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes.
